Phil and his wife Toni have spent much of the past 25 years living in the area. His background spans retail banking and a period when he headed up a team of financial services consultants spanning Europe and the Middle East. More recently he and his wife owned an estate agency in London and a real estate business in Florida before retiring in late 2020. Part of the Reform UK family since 2020.
Phil loves food, wine, cars and Italy. A keen interest in Rugby Union, football, F1 and cooking.
I was born and raised in Fareham Park and this is my home. My children have all attended Henry Cort Community College and I continue to campaign against Hampshire County Council, to keep Henry Cort open for those who desperately need a school near to home.
I have spent time as a school crossing patrol along Highlands Road, to make our roads safer for our local children and students. I have run a Facebook page for the patients of Meon surgeries for over four years to assist patients get the care and support they need. I also started a 'spare seat for Sunday dinner' initiative this year, offering a Sunday lunch to the elderly or lonely with my husband and daughter.


Simon, husband and father of two, has been living in the Fareham area for approximately 11 years after returning from spending his adult life in Cape Town, South Africa. Having a varied career beginning in the military followed by 20 years in hospitality both as a chef, restaurant manager and owner. He then spent several years in the home security industry designing and installing high end systems.
Since his return he has been a Civil Servant initially in HM Coastguard, then the Marine Management Organisation (fisheries) moving to Border Force Maritime Command as a Customs and Immigration official patrolling the coast of the UK.

Amanda and her husband David have spent the last 16 years living in the area, first in Port Solent and then Waterlooville since 2019. Her background spans both the Public and Private sector, spending over 11 years in the Civil service in IT services and front line services latterly as the CFO of a government agency before moving to the IT Services corporate world for 24 years where she led major client accounts and global businesses with her staff working across the globe. Amanda retired late in 2022, and joined the Reform UK family in 2024.
Amanda is a keen sailor, loves to travel, enjoys running/keep fit, and is a committed Grandma to her 6 grandchildren who live across 3 continents.
